Hazel ★★★★★

The silicone feels really smooth against my skin, and the adjustable strap lets me dial in the perfect snugness before my morning walk. I barely notice them on until the end of the day when my arms actually feel the burn.

Christopher E. ★★★★★

I’ve been using these during my walks, and the adjustable fill lets me increase weight gradually as I get stronger. The silicone stays put without sliding around, which was my main worry. Exactly what I needed for adding resistance to daily movement.

Joshua S. ★★★★★

The silicone is much softer than I expected, so they don't dig into my wrists during yoga. I've been slipping in the 1-pound packs for a gentle arm challenge, and they stay put without sliding around.
