I’ve had this mat for about three weeks and the non-slip side still grips the floor even when I’m sweating through a vinyasa. The padding is just right for my knees during kneeling poses, and it rolls up flat without curling at the edges.

The dual textures give me two different vibes depending on the day—the smoother side's great for flow, while the grippier one keeps me planted in warrior poses. It's held up through daily practice so far, and I love that I don't have to flip it constantly to find the right feel.

The reversible sides are a nice touch, but what really sold me is how the mat grips the floor during downward dog. It's a solid mat for a beginner, just wish it was a tad thicker for my knees.
